The scrap bag with attached pincushion catches loose threads and fabric clippings and removes easily for emptying. An optional lined pocket on the outside of the bag is a perfect place to store reading glasses, remote controls, or other gadgets.

The chatelaine is designed to wear around your neck and has four pockets for scissors, thimble, thread, and other supplies. The pattern includes instructions and foundations for two paper-pieced blocks and can be personalized with your name or any 3½" quilt block. You'll wonder how you ever managed without it!

Experiment with various fabrics -- use two coordinating fabrics or everything different. Quick and easy to make, they are perfect gifts for anyone who does handwork.
