ByAnnie is pleased to announce our latest pattern, the RULER WRAP!! Watch the intro video above to find out all about this awesome bag, or continue reading below to find out how useful this wrap can be for you!

EXCELLENT PROTECTION

It can take a lot of time, effort and money to put together a great collection of rulers and tools. So, the last thing you want is for them to get damaged. Annie put a lot of thought into creating a bag that is specially designed to protect your precious equipment. You’ll love how this bag has padded edges all along the sides. Not only does the extra padding help protect your rulers' edges from getting chipped or dinged, but it also helps secure your mat and rulers into place, so nothing falls out!

CONVENIENT FOLDING

This bag is incredibly versatile and flexible enough to be folded many ways. Because of its large size, our suggestion for using it at your sewing table is to fold it “accordion” style. The folds will act as pages that you can flip between to access the different rulers and tools stored within each section. It will take up little space on your table, but will keep all your supplies within easy reach and ready to go!

HANDY CARRYING

Depending on which option you choose for folding your Ruler Wrap, we’ve provided two different ways the bag can be carried. There’s a sturdy handle attached on the top, so you can carry the bag by your side, or you can attach a comfortable strap to wear over your shoulder for hands-free carrying.

EASY TO HANG

While this bag is perfect for toting supplies to and from classes or retreats, we didn’t want you to have to unload all your equipment after each outing. You’ll be able to keep your supplies packed in their place and use the bag as a hanging organizer when at home. It is easy to insert a rod or dowel into the top of the bag and place it on some hooks. Then, when you’re ready to take your bag on the go again, just remove it from the hooks, take out the rod and go!

TIPS FOR MAKING IT GREAT!

Don’t let the size of this project discourage you! Here are a few tips to help you succeed:

1. We recommend using a non-directional, “busy” fabric for the main fabric of the wrap, due to the number of pockets and level of construction. Since you’ll be quilting 2 yards of fabric and Soft & Stable, we highly suggest doing this on a long arm machine.

If you don’t have access to one yourself, we recommend having someone quilt your fabric for you. Many local quilt shops offer long arm quilting services, so be sure to ask them for help. If they don’t do it themselves, they may be able to point you in the right direction of someone who can help.

2. Be sure to watch our “Gathering Supplies” video for other items you’ll need to complete your project. You can also find a supply list located on the back cover of your pattern, or online under the “Supply List” tab on the Ruler Wrap page.

3. Please note that this pattern also comes with access to add-on video tutorials, which can help you through some of the more challenging aspects of the project. A coupon code is provided when you purchase the pattern, allowing you to have access to the videos through your My Courses/digital library, when logged into your account on ByAnnie.com.
