Randi made her small Zip It Up 2.0 using Tula Pink’s out-of-print Elizabeth line. She said this is the perfect project for showcasing a special fabric, instead of letting it hide away in a drawer!
Randi omitted the front border and used her quilting to really highlight Elizabeth’s face.
She plans to use her case for English paper piecing supplies.
Michelle made this large Zip It Up 2.0 case with a fun sneaker print fabric.
This would be great for taking to work or school since it has ample space for a tablet or other device, papers, pens, and other items.
Jennifer made her lovely Zip It Up 2.0 cases with Tula Pink’s Homemade line.
She made both sizes and said the smaller size is great for carrying her iPad Mini, charger, ear buds, and some pens, while the larger size is perfect for holding a ByAnnie pattern and some sewing supplies.
Jan found our basting tape to be extremely helpful when assembling her fun Zip It Up 2.0. Basting tape does an awesome job of holding pieces in place when pins or clips can’t do the job.
Jan chose to use both mesh and vinyl for her inner pockets, to give her case even more versatility.
