You should automatically be taken to your "My Account" page when you login to www.byannie.com. If you are already logged in, you can access your account by clicking your name in the upper right-hand corner, then by clicking "My Account" from the drop-down menu. 
         

Your "My Account" is broken down into three different sections:
     1. Add-on Videos / My Courses / Digital Library 
     2. Documents / Order History 
     3. Details 




1. Add-on Videos / My Courses / Digital Library
 This is where you will find all of your Add-on videos, tutorials, catalogs, PDFs and the Live with Annie videos. 

Once you click on the blue button, "Go to My Courses / Digital Library", you will be taken to the "My Courses" screen. 


From here, narrow down your search by clicking the, "Video Type" drop-down menu. 


Alternatively, you can search for a specific course in the "Search Courses" box.


Lastly, you can search for a specific course by manually scrolling down and looking for it. The courses are in alphabetical order.

2. Documents / Order History
This is where you will find your orders, returns, invoices, etc. 
  
  • Quotations — This includes orders that were started but were canceled per your request or because they were expired. Click the blue link under "Quotation #" to see more details.

  • Sales Orders — This includes orders that have been confirmed. Click the blue link under "Sales Order #" to find order details including items purchased as well as order totals.

 In the order details, you can download your invoice by clicking the blue link under "Invoices" and find your tracking information by clicking the blue link under "Delivery Orders".

  • RMA — This includes orders that have been partially or fully returned. Click the blue link under "RMA #" to find return details. 

  • Invoices & Bills — This includes all of your invoices along with due date, payment status and amount due. Click the blue link under "Invoice #" to find invoice details. 

  • Know System — This is a system of information including comparison charts, corrections, etc. You can filter out information by clicking the checkbox on the left-hand side of the screen or by using the "Search in Content" box.


3. Details 

This is where you will update your address, payment methods and security settings, etc. 

  • Edit — If you click on the blue "Edit" link next to "Details", you will be taken to your contact details.  

On the contact details screen, you can update your name, email address, phone number and billing address. You can also subscribe or unsubscribe to our emails. If your account is associated with a company and you would like to update your company name, please contact us.

  • Manage Payment Methods — If you click on on the blue "Manage payment methods", you will be taken to your payment methods.  

On the payment methods screen, you can add or delete a payment method. 

To add a payment method, click "Save Payment Method".

On the following screen, enter your credit card information, then click "Save card".

To delete a payment method, click "Delete", then "Confirm Deletion".

  • Edit Security Settings — If you click on the blue "Edit Security Settings", you will be taken to  to your security settings.   

On the security settings screen, you can change your password, add two-factor authentication or delete your account. 

To change your password, fill in your current password in the top line, your new password in the middle and bottom line, then click "Change Password". 

For extra account security, click "Enable two-factor authentication". You will need an authenticator app such as Authy, Google Authenticator, etc. on your phone in order to use this feature.

Enter your password, then click, "Confirm Password".

Follow the steps shown on the Authenticator App Setup screen, then click, "Activate".

Once you have activated your two-factor authentication, your screen should say, "Two-factor authentication enabled". If you want to remove the two-factor authentication, click "Disable two-factor authentication".

If you would like to delete your account, click, "Delete Account". 

Enter your password in the first line and your email address in the second line. You may also uncheck the "Put my email and phone in a block list to make sure I'm never contacted again" box if you would like to continue getting ByAnnie emails. Once those steps are completed, click "Delete Account".
