Resetting your password

1. Go to www.byannie.com

2. Click on "Sign In" which is in the upper right-hand corner of our website

3. Click on "Reset Password"

4. Type in your email address, then click "Reset Password"

You should get a notice that some password reset instructions were sent to your email. 

If you get a message, "No account found for this login", please check that you entered your email address correctly. 

If you haven't set up an account yet, and need help with doing so, please see additional help sections "Don't have an account?" and "Reset Password"

If you are sure you have an account set up but continue to get this error message, please contact us.

5. Check your email for password reset instructions with a subject line " Password Reset Request from [DATE]"

Please be patient as this may take a couple of minutes. You may want to check your spam folder if you don't see the email after a few minutes. 

6. Open the email and click "Change password"

You will then be taken back to the ByAnnie login page

7. Enter a new password into the "Password" and "Confirm Password" boxes

8. Click "Reset Password"

Congrats! You have now reset your password!
